The above prices are examples of the likely price of property rental per week in those months. Certain dates attract a premium, such as the Cannes Film Festival week, Christmas and New Year, as well as various conference weeks throughout the year.

Booking notes
A deposit of 20% is payable at time of booking and is non refundable. Remainder is due 10 weeks prior to departure. Cancellations must be in writing. Guests should arrange holiday insurance as refunds are not possible.
