There is also a shower room off the hallway with walk-in shower, vanity sink set in built-in units with 12v halogen lighting and a WC.

The modern fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster.

Living Areas

An open plan lounge/dining area with L-shaped sofa, dining table (seats 6), TV, DVD, HiFi and Playstation 2.

The Balcony has table and chairs, loungers, gas BBQ/grill and fabulous views of Cannes.

Cleaning, Towels & Linen

Towels and linen are included and can be changed weekly.
The property is prepared for arrival of guests and can be cleaned more often by separate arrangement.

A washing machine and iron/ironing board is provided for your use.

The apartment is centrally heated and has air conditioning. For those visiting with families we provide travel cots (x 2), children's booster seats (x2), a selection of children's toys. There is also a selection of DVD's and books.The apartment has access to a good sized shared pool (see below).

Please note that there is absolutely no smoking allowed within apartment.

The local patisserie/boulangerie is 2 minutes walk away and has fantastic cakes and bread etc. All other local shops, chemists, restaurants etc. are within 5minutes walk.
Cannes has many activities and events all year round. Known internationally for its famous film festival in May, Cannes also has much more to offer.
The summer months are full of events, concerts, firework displays, nightclubs with international DJs. The many wonderful restaurants from gastronomic to home made pizzerias ensure a fabulous dining experience.

Outside

A good size outdoor pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, toilet and showers is available to guests staying at the apartment. Lovely landscaped gardens are a feature of the property.
